Day 1 Arrival in Jaipur

On your arrival in Jaipur, our representative will meet you at the airport and will accompany you to the hotel for assisting in the hotel check in. You are free to relax and spend the day according to your discretion.

Day 2 Excursion in Jaipur

Start exploring the monuments in Pink City after a delicious breakfast. First, drive to the Amer Fort and on the way, visit the magnificent Jal Mahal. Enjoy elephant ride at the fort, then drive back to city via Hawa Mahal and reach Jantar Mantar, the 280 years old astronomical observatory. Followed by this is visit to the City Palace of Jaipur and then reach the elegant building of Central Museum to watch a rich collection of artifacts and other items.

Day 3 Transfer to Shekhawati (120 kms)

Relish morning breakfast and then set out to travel to Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. Shekhawati region basically consists of different areas of Rajasthan where there was rule of the Shekhawat Rajput rulers. On the way you will be visiting the Dantaramgarh Fort, Khatushyamji Temple. Relax at night in the hotel.

Day 4 Excursion in Shekhawati

After spending a peaceful night in hotel, get ready after breakfast and drive to Laxmangarh to visit the majestic Laxmangarh Fort. The fort was built by Rao Raja Lakshman Singh of Sikar in the year 1862. The huge ramparts and turrets of the fort are built over scattered rocks in the area. Then visit the Jhunjhunwala’s mansion which is a famous house in the area due to its magnificence and architecture. Stay at night in the hotel.

Day 5 Transfer to Bikaner (180 kms)

The day is scheduled for exploring Bikaner city of Rajasthan. Post breakfast transfer to Bikaner, which was founded by Rao Bikaji. In Bikaner you will visit the popular Junagarh Fort also called the Chintamani which has alluring courtyards, entrance doors, pavilions, etc and also visit to one of the largest private palaces of India, the Laxmi Niwas Palace which was former residence of Maharaja Ganga Singh and is a great example of Indo-Saracenic architecture.

Day 6 Transfer to Jaisalmer (330 kms)

Wake up in the morning all relaxed and enjoy a fresh breakfast in the hotel. Then travel to the next destination which is in the lap of desert and a famous attraction for the tourists in India.

Day 7 Excursion in Jaisalmer

On this day you will experience the beauty of desert. Jaisalmer although is situated amidst Thar Desert, but it nowhere lacks in its charm. The warm and happy faces all clad in colorful dresses is the grace of this city. After breakfast visit the World Heritage Site of Jaisalmer Fort which is also known with the name of Golden Fort. Also visit the Bada Bagh where there are huge cenotaphs dedicated to the royal kings of Jaisalmer. Also Salim Ji Ki Haveli (mansion) is a must visit place in Jaisalmer. In the evening enjoy camel safari in the golden sand dunes of Thar Desert and then get entertained by music and dance performances by the local performers.

Day 8 Transfer to Jodhpur (286 kms)

The day has to be started early and you will be travelling to Jodhpur. Have breakfast on the way and on reaching you will visit the featured Mehrangarh Fort of Jodhpur. It is one of the forts which have been declared as a World Heritage Site under the Hill Forts of Rajasthan. The majestic fort stands on a high hill with an elevation of 410 feet. Also visit Jaswant Thada in Jodhpur which is another bewitching beauty on the land of this royal city. Indulge in relaxation at night in the hotel.

Day 9 Transfer to Udaipur (265 kms)

In the morning, have a tempting breakfast and then visit another attraction of Jodhpur, the Umaid Bhawan Palace. One of the grandest residences of the royals of Jodhpur, the Umaid Bhawan Palace is also a luxurious hotel and a popular tourist attraction. Take a walk through the rooms and museums of the palace with collections of antiques and clocks, etc. After this visit, enjoy a dearly lunch and move to the next destination Udaipur. Here our representative will escort you to the hotel and assist with check in. Now you can take time off and have a good night’s sleep after dinner.

Day 10 Excursion in Udaipur

Start a refreshing day in the ‘City of Lakes’ and after breakfast roll on to explore this exotic city. In Udaipur you will visit the following spots- the City Palace of Udaipur situated on the eastern bank of Lake Pichhola, Jagdish Temple, Lake Fateh Sagar, Moti Magri and Shilpgram. In the evening enjoy boat ride in the quixotic Lake Pichhola. Enjoy a delighting dinner and retire for the night.

Day 11 Departure to Delhi (By flight)

On the 11^th day of the tour you will be boarding flight from Udaipur Airport to Delhi International Airport. The day marks the end of the Essence of Rajasthan Tour and you will leave India to reach your hometown with beautiful memories of the tour with Elefantastic Travel.
