Day 1 Arrival in Delhi
Taj & Tigers Tour by Elefantastic Travel commences with your arrival in Delhi. Met at the International Airport you will be transferred to the hotel for relaxing.

Day 2 Excursion in Delhi
The day commences with a delicious breakfast followed by the excursion tour of Delhi starting from the World Heritage Site of Qutub Minar and its monuments to Humayun’s Tomb, then with a drive past the Indian’s President’s House and the Parliament House reach India Gate, the Arch memorial of the soldiers of the First World War. Then visit the Lotus Temple and Swaminarayan Temple in Delhi. After visiting these amazing places, return to the hotel for a relaxing night.

Day 3 Transfer to Jaipur (268 kms)
Drive to Jaipur after having breakfast. The drive is a four to five hours drive from Delhi via Yamuna Expressway. On reaching check in the hotel and take rest after the drive. In the evening visit the elegant Chokhi Dhani premises for some real Rajasthani hospitality and food. Enjoy your evening here with delicious food, ambient atmosphere and lots of people.

Day 4 Excursion in Jaipur
Morning in the Pink City, enjoy a delicious breakfast and get ready to explore this culturally beautiful and colorful city. In Jaipur you will visit the Amer Fort, have a drive past Jal Mahal and Hawa Mahal, followed by the visit to the City Palace of Jaipur, then the Birla Temple and the Albert Hall Museum visit in the evening.

Day 5 Transfer to Sawai Madhopur (180 kms)
In the morning you can visit the famous Galtaji Temple, also known as the monkey temple of Jaipur, situated at a distance of around 10 kms away from city, visit this impressive ancient temple. In the afternoon, post lunch, travel to sawai Madhopur.

Day 6 Tiger Safari in Ranthambore
Early in the morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast and head to the thrilling Ranthambore National Park. Our representative will help you with the ticket reservations. Then you will enjoy a Tiger Jeep Safari in Ranthambore National Park. The area of approximately 400 sq. km is covered under the national park which is also a tiger reserve. This reserve has a good population of the Royal Bengal tiger which was once on the edge of extinction. You will see different species of animals, birds, plants and lakes here. Enjoy the Jungle Safari and click some amazing shots of the animals wandering fearlessly in their natural habitat. After the safari you may also visit the Ranthambore Fort that is situated near the entrance of the Park and although only a few remains are left, it is a World Heritage Site under UNESCO.

Day 7 Transfer to Bharatpur (250 kms)
Early morning drive to the next city to visit another famous National Park in Bharatpur. On reaching there rest for while in hotel room followed by a safari in the Keoladevi National Park in Bharatpur. This national park was declared a World Heritage Site in 1985. It is known for its diverse fauna in which some species are either permanent residents or are migrants from different parts of the world. The Keoladevi National Park has around 360 species of birds and hundreds of species of flowers, fishes and reptiles. You can either enjoy a boat ride or Jeep safari here. Rest and relax in the hotel room.

Day 8 Transfer to Agra via Fathepur Sikri(50 kms)
In morning you will proceed to the next destination that is Agra, the city where the incredible Taj Mahal is situated. On the way to Agra visit Fatehpur Sikri, the home to the World Heritage Site of Fatehpur Sikri Fort, the city boasts of the magnificent architecture of the fort which has several attractions such as Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Diwan-e-Aam, etc. continue your drive to Agra and on reaching there check in the hotel and relax overnight.

Day 9 Excursion in Agra and Transfer to Jhansi
Have breakfast in the morning and then explore the monuments in Agra. Visit the World Heritage Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daulah and then make a visit to the Taj Mahal. The most attractive monument in India, a symbol of true love, it looks even more breath taking in reality. Board the overnight train to reach Jhansi, the next exploration site which is in Uttar Pradesh state of India.

Day 10  Excursion in Jhansi
On this day you will explore the major attractions of Jhansi. The city of brave Rani Laxmibai houses many tourists spots like Rani Mahal, Government museum and St. Jude’s shrine which attract many visitors. After the fullday sightseeing tour return to the hotel for relaxing overnight stay.
 
Day 11 Transfer and excursion in Khajuraho
After breakfast early in the morning drive to Khajuraho, the last destination of the Taj & Tigers Tour. Reach Khajuraho and complete the check in formalities in the pre booked hotel. Visit the famous complex of the Khajuraho Group of Temples which is a World Heritage Site. The temples in Khajuraho are more than 1000 years old and were 80 in number which has now declined to 20. The remaining temples are well preserved and are uniquely decorated than the other Hindu Temples. The exotic sculptures of males and females in sensual positions are what surround the walls of most of the temples. All the temples are intricately designed and built. Night stay in the hotel in Khajuraho.

Day 12 Transfer and Excursion in Bandhavgarh
Commence the day early after sunrise, have breakfast and move to the Bandhavgarh National Park. The area got its name from the historical Bandhavgarh Fort which is in ruins now, surrounded by the forest cover. Bandhavgarh was declared a national park in the year 1968 with a core area of 105 km sq. Enjoy Jeep Safari Ride in Bandhavgarh and have views of Royal Bengal Tigers, Indian Bison, gaur, Indian leopards, etc. There are many species of mammals and birds found in this park. Watch numerous beautiful birds flying and wandering around here along with the other niche in the same habitats of the national park. Spend relaxing night in Bandhavgarh.

Day 13 Transfer to Kanha (200 kms)
You may enjoy a morning safari ride in Pench on this day and then eat a savory breakfast and pack your bags to continue forward the Taj & Tigers Tour. Travel to another popular bio-diversity hotspot, one of the largest in India, the Kanha National Park in Kanha. On reaching Kanha, check in into the hotel and relax after the day’s activities.

Day 14 Excursion in Kanha
Most famous for its population of Royal Bengal Tigers, the Kanha National Park is spread in an area of 940 sq kms as the core. Declared a Tiger Reserve in the year 1973, it is since then known for the sightings of the Indian Royal Bengal Tigers. Here several other animal species like hard ground Barasingha, Gaurs, sloth bears, Indian leopards, deers, chital, etc live in abundance. This national park was the inspiration of the famous story of The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling. Enjoy Jungle Safari in Kanha National Park on this day and make it a memorable one.

Day 15 Transfer to Nagpur
This morning enjoy breakfast at the hotel and relish a drive to Nagpur. On reaching there check in the hotel for overnight stay. You can explore Nagaur in the evening and visit the local market and other important notable places.

Day 16 Departure
Elefantastic Travel will transfer you to the airport and today you will depart from the Khajuraho to Delhi via Flight. From Delhi boarding the flight back to home you will be the ending of this tour and taking good memories of the India.
