Day 1 Arrival in Delhi

The tour commences with your arrival in Delhi. On reaching here you will be met by Elefantastic Travel representative and transferred to the hotel to relax and refresh. You must take proper rest to remain active throughout the journey in the coming days.

Day 2 Excursion in Delhi

Excursion in Delhi will commence soon after a delicious morning breakfast. You will be exploring the historical World Heritage Sites in Delhi like the Red Fort, Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar and its monuments. Then with a drive past the India Gate, President’s House and the Parliament House you will visit the National Gallery of Modern Art. Moving from here you will also be visiting the Lotus Temple and Akshardham Temple.

Note- The visit to all the locations also depends on certain factors like availability of time and the traffic on the roads. And please note that Akshardham Temple, Red Fort and the Lotus Temple remains closed on Mondays.

Day 3 Transfer to Mandawa (233 kms)

Early morning wake up and get ready to travel to Mandawa for an amazing experience of this place. Mandawa is known for the magnetic Mandawa Fort which has impressive Sheesh Mahal, paintings and other amazing constructions. Also Mandawa has a glorious past with several reputed families whose mansions are special attraction in Mandawa. Some of them are Murmuria’s Haveli, Jhunjhunwala’s Haveli, Ladia Haveli, etc. You will have night stay in the peaceful surroundings of Mandawa.

Day 4 Transfer to Bikaner (192 kms)

The day is scheduled for exploring Bikaner city of Rajasthan. Post breakfast transfer to Bikaner, which was founded by Rao Bikaji. In Bikaner you will visit the popular Junagarh Fort also called the Chintamani which has alluring courtyards, entrance doors, pavilions, etc and also visit to one of the largest private palaces of India, the Laxmi Niwas Palace which was former residence of Maharaja Ganga Singh and is a great example of Indo-Saracenic architecture.

Day 5 Transfer to Jaisalmer (330 kms)

Wake up in the morning all relaxed and enjoy a fresh breakfast in the hotel. Then travel to the next destination which is in the lap of desert and a famous attraction for the tourists in India.

Day 6 Excursion in Jaisalmer

On this day you will experience the beauty of desert. Jaisalmer although is situated amidst desert, but it nowhere lacks in its charm. The warm and happy faces all clad in colorful dresses is the grace of this city. After breakfast visit the World Heritage Site Fort of Jaisalmer Fort which is also known with the name of Golden Fort. Also visit the Bada Bagh where there are huge cenotaphs dedicated to the royal kings of Jaisalmer. Also Salim Ji Ki Haveli (mansion) is a must visit place in Jaisalmer. In the evening enjoy camel safari in the golden sand dunes of Thar Desert and then get entertained by musical and dance performances by the local performers.

Day 7 Transfer to Jodhpur (286 kms)

The day has to be started early and you will be travelling to Jodhpur. Have breakfast on the way and on reaching you will visit the featured Mehrangarh Fort of Jodhpur. It is one of the forts which have been declared as a World Heritage Site under the Hill Forts of Rajasthan. This hilltop fort has been featured in several movies and is Famous Destination Wedding Location of Rajasthan. Also visit Jaswant Thada in Jodhpur which is another bewitching beauty on the land of this royal city. Indulge in relaxation at night in the hotel.

Day 8 Transfer to Udaipur via Kumbhalgarh and Ranakpur (300 kms)

The 8^th day of the tour, on this day you will go for an expedition to Udaipur via Kumbhalgarh and Ranakpur early in the morning. First halt at the Kumbhalgarh Fort that is World Heritage Site of Rajasthan under the Hill Forts of Rajasthan; Kumbhalgarh was ruled by the Mewars and it has the second largest defense wall in the world after the Great Wall of China. Later visit Ranakpur is close to Udaipur and you will make a halt here to visit the Chaturmukha Temple. The awe-inspiring architecture of the temple is very impressive. Continue the drive to reach Udaipur. On reaching our assignee will take you to the hotel and help you with check in so that you can relax.

Day 9 Excursion in Udaipur

Also known with the name of City of Lakes, Udaipur has two of the most enchanting lakes in India. The lakes have artificially built islands with palaces and luxurious hotels on them. Traverse in Udaipur and appreciate the beauty of monuments of Udaipur like the City Palace, Jag Mandir, Jagdish Temple, Moti Magri, Lake Pichhola, Lake Fateh Sagar and Shilpgram also if the time allows.

Day 10 Transfer to Pushkar (280 kms)

The tour will now take you to the next stop that is the sacred land of Pushkar. Travel to Pushkar which is a Hindu Pilgrimage site and derives its name from the Pushkar Lake that lies in the city center. Visit the Jagatpita Brahma Temple in Pushkar which is one of a kind temple in India and also attend the evening aarti at the temple. It will leave you feeling very peaceful and spiritual.

Day 11 Transfer to Jaipur 142 kms)

Enjoy a lovely breakfast at the start of the day and then prepare yourself for the drive to Jaipur. On reaching the hotel in Jaipur you are free to spend the day according to your discretion. In the evening come to Chokhi Dhani, the rural setting of this hotel is very impressive along with the hospitality of staff and the delicious food, this place is sure to win your heart.

Day 12 Excursion in Jaipur

After a peaceful sleep at night, you will have excursion in Jaipur. Painted in pink, the city has several jewels in its crown and you will make the scene at all these places. The places you will visit in Jaipur are the marvelous Amer Fort, the City Palace of Jaipur, the astronomical observatory Jantar Mantar, the Palace of Winds called Hawa Mahal, Birla Temple and the Albert Hall Museum. After visiting these awesome places, spend the night resting in the hotel.

Day 13 Transfer to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri (232 kms)

On this day early in the morning you will be on a drive to Agra, the tourism capital of Uttar Pradesh. On the way visit the ancient complex of Fatehpur Sikri Fort; this was the residence of the Mughal Emperor Akbar and his descendants. In Agra you will reach the hotel to check in and have lunch. Then you will visit the World Heritage Site of Agra Fort and then visit the wonderful Taj Mahal, the monument that marks identity of India in the World Tourism Map. After visiting Taj Mahal return to the hotel and rest after dinner in the hotel.

Day 14 Departure

After the enchanting tour of Rajasthan you will be returning back to your home. On this day you will be driven to Delhi from Agra so that you can board flight to reach your hometown hence, concluding the Rajasthan Enchanting Tour with Elefantastic Travel.
